Default Frog crazy

Looking through my toads I counted 32 different brands. You might say I'm crazy but I enjoy using them. I ordered what I could find new this year. Strike King Rage Tail, Ribbit Hot Feet, Cabala's Mad Tommy, Kalins Scrub, Canyon Plastics Weedless Frog, Nichols Turbo Toad, Zipper Lump Toad, Reaction Strike B.E. Frog. Net Bait Frog. Plus one from a guy who pours his own. You name it I probably have it. If I don't I'll try to get it. My favorite-The Horny Toad. The Canyon Toad is hollow with 6 holes on the bottom. You can pour scent or put rattles in them. Can't wait to see if this year's crop will outdo the Horny Toad.

And I thought my Horny Toad, Sizmic Toad, Buzzfrog, and Hardnose packs were good....

To each his own. In my case I figure the more lures I have the harder it is to decide what to use. How do you deal with that?

I'm getting a pack of the Sizmic magnum toad or whatever for Musky fishing. They are 8" and should work great with that big 12/0 hook through the pads.

The Ribbit is my bait of choice in that category, to a large extent because it's less prone to roll over like my previous bait, the Sizmic Toad. With both baits I've used black exclusively and never thought I'd catch any more fish with a color selection. I also think I'd see no significant difference if I used another color exclusively, although there could be a difference between light and dark color.

I only use a Spro Bronze Eye Frog anymore. I've had great success with it. I use black mostly but in the middle of the day I use white. Dark colors in low light and light colors on brighter days.
