I got 11,000, missing the 1,000-point question about the most important right. It's one thing to grow up here and learn all that stuff in school and in life, but I wonder how difficult it is for an immigrant who has to study for it.

I got em all, but that last question, who ever said what the most important right was? Is voting more important than free speech? We kinda need both.

And I could understand someone missing the alaska or hawaii last state to be added question.

I surprised myself. 12,000. I was honestly predicting some tougher questions. But, I always did well in American history.

I agree, I can't understand why that question was there.

If you think about it, in other countries you can say whatever you want... as long as you don't get caught. If you can't vote, you can't vote. end of story. That's my opinion on that question.

I got 'em all, but I'm real smurt... I agree with WTL we could probably start a whole debate going on most important right. One could argue you have to speak freely to earn the right to vote in a supressed country...

Besides, does voting really get the individual anywhere if every other right they have can be infringed upon? I mean, the people in Cuba can vote quite often I beleive. They can only vote for one guy, but they still have the right to vote for him. Democracy quite often, is a farce.

I got them all, but like the hose holder I'm a history buff. I agree an argument can be made about the last question.

It's not even debatable. The most important right Americans have is the right to vote. Free speech is important, but the country was founded on the ideal that people need to have a choice/say in who represents them. This is why the House of Representatives was chosen to do the taxation and spending. It is also why they are the only officials that come from districts, decided by the census, to have a somewhat equal amount of people represented by each official.

I got them all right. I do ask though, (and some may not like this, sorry). What good is the right to vote if there is no one worth voting for?

Fish4food, it is very much debatable. The founding fathers were very much aware that the democratic system could evolve into a tyranny of tha majority and designed the Constitution to try and prevent that.. Its a shame it only worked so long.

Look at it this way, without free speech but with the vote, you may be able to cast a worthless ballot, but you may not be able to say who you supported and why for.

Only missed one. The question about how many voting representatives there are. I think not too bad for 15 years old. I personally think this would be easy, American or transplant.

People have freed countries without freedom of speech, no place has stayed free without the right to vote.

I think the Right to Vote in this case needs to be defined as secret ballot and vote for who you choose, i.e. free elections, not who the party or the dictator tells you to vote for.

sodam insane and communist Russia held elections.

Voting and free speech are intertwined. When you vote, it is as if you are speaking, saying "this is who I want". Voting, in a way is nothing other than another mode of free speech.
