For $30 it is almost too good to pass up. Looks like a god reel, and for that price even if you don't like it you aren't out a ton of money.

at that price i wouldn't be scared of it at all. may last a lifetime and if not and it blows up in 6 months then your not out much.

It was mostly made by Daiwa for them.I say yes it would be worth the $30.00.Notice the forward crank handle position.This allows more power to crank fish in over the center mounted handle designed reels.
