What is this boat worth???

As some of you may recall from a previous thread started about a bass tracker that I am looking at. Its either a 91 or 92 may be older, the guys not sure, its a Pro 17 model, has a 40 horse Johnson, all the electrical units work great, but the gauges do not work, it also comes with a brand new hummingbird fish finder, the floor is very sturdy with no bowing anywhere, this model is the one that does not have power trim which I didnt think was a big deal since they dont sit very deep in the water, we put the earmuffs to the motor and it started up with a little choking, it was cold blooded of course since it was 20 degrees but the motor seemed to run well, but i still need to get the compression tested for safe measure and he is also gonna let me take it out on the water before I decide whether or not to buy the boat, I am wondering what you think this boat is worth given my description and pictures, I dont know a whole lot on Bass Trackers and before I tell you guys what hes asking, I wanted to get an idea of what some of you might pay for this kinda boat, if I go through with the deal it will be my first boat, Thanks!!
