Need Help With This Situation
Well guys, i need some help with a situation for fishing, so here goes:
My sister is a elementary school teacher in Galion, OH. I usually spend spring break with her and help her with the students. Here is were the fishing falls into place... the principal and her husband have a home on Candlewood Lake near Galion, and her husband owns a Triton TR-196 Bass Boat. I would like to go fishing with the gentlemen, as my sister tells me he is very nice. I am not sure how to approach the situation, and try to get on the boat with him for a day of bassin'... Any Tips out there on what to do? Thanks Ryan

Just start out with a normal conversation and gradually tell him that you like fishing. Ask him if he likes to fish and all that. Eventually, ask if he has a boat and that you wish to have one like that someday. With that, ask if he would like to go fishing sometime as you'd really like to meet him and his boat.
Worth a try.... -Lunk-

Just be straight up, ask the principal if she thinks her husband would ever like to go fishing with you, offer gas money or lunch or both... There is nothing wrong with saying you re going to do some fishing while you are in town and would love someone to show you around the local water... At the very least he might be able to point you in the direction of some great shore spots

Just ask, the worst that can happen is him saying "NO". But, if you don't ask, you'll never know.

I'd say, "dude, I hear you got a boat, we should get together and fish sometime." Well, maybe not those exact words but something similar.
