ESPN BASS Saturday, featuring 'BassCenter"

I saw this article on bassmaster.com about the new Saturday morning lineup.

Here's the schedule
January 1 BASS Saturday Schedule (all times are ET):
7:00 a.m. - BassCenter
7:30 a.m. - Loudmouth Bass
8:00 a.m. - Jimmy Houston Outdoors
8:30 a.m. - The Fishin' Hole with Jerry McKinnis
9:00 a.m. - Schooled by Denny Brauer, presented by Busch Beer
9:30 a.m. - Bassmaster University: The Ultimate Tips & Techniques Show
10:00 a.m. - The 2004 Bassmaster Classic (Charlotte, NC)
11:00 a.m. - BassCenter

I got chills when I saw 'Bassmater University' listed.

Denny Brauer used to have one of the few legitimatly usefull fishing shows on TV as well. Its good to see that that is still on.

I hate the fishing shows that just show some guy at a great lake where the fish will bite anything. I'm sure those are fun to film, but I would like to see for once a show that is dedicated to showing how you pattern fish after massive cold fronts, rain, 105 degree weather, 25 degree weather ect.

I agree with you WTL. While I'll watch any bass fishing show I can find, I'd rather watch a show that focuses on teaching bass fishing techniques and not focus so much on how the angler dances while reeling them in.

I like the idea behind shows like 'angler on tour' but the show really needs to work out a deal so they can use tournment footage. I haven't watched the show in about a year, so if they now use tour footage, I apologize.

Is it me or does Bill Dance always seem to be fishing the same body of water..............A private lake that is managed by a pro and has no fishing pressure.........Sometimes I wish i could edit my fishing trips....... .................
