I have had luck with both 4 and 6 inch lizzards. I throw the 4 inch on a 2/0 straight hook. I am a fan of having different sizes of the same plastics, there are times when you have to downsize to get them to hit it.
I haven't thrown the berkley lizards, but don't think you should have a problem.

I would, sometimes when you can't buy a bite, downizing is the way to go. You may also want to try them on a c-rig.

On a 4" bait I would use a 1/0 Offset EWG hook but yes they should work fine.

the 4" lizards will also work on a split shot rig, the 6" probably would too but 6 inchers on up i throw on a carolina rig.

The 4" lizards will work fine especially when the bite gets tough. They will also do fine on a drop-shot rig.
