I got one of these after a little furry creature crept up on my sholder and told it to buy it. it was on sale for 3.50 and for some reason could not say no to him he's so convincing. anyway how and when do you use it? i have not ever used something like this and need tips.
i also got some #4 gama red trebles to replace the crappy ones on my rattle traps. and some zoom lizards bamabass man recomeded. i can't wait till saturday to try them out. |

I have a few of them and will throw them like a spook. I do have better luck twitching them then burning for a few turns. As with almost all my top water baits, I am always a fan of walking the dog with them. I would start with them first thing in the morning. I like to throw them next to cover and work them up the bank.

$3.50 is a great deal on those! I think it was not the evil bait monkey this time, but the smart shopping one. I thought I got a good deal when I found them for $5, but I have not got a chance to use them yet.

According to my local Walley World, they are revamping everything in their fishing department. I see new items going on sale daily over there. They say that they will be emptying inventory through February and then bringing in new items starting in March.

Yeah they are...My mom works for them and they are switching fishing brands for their assessories...As for their baits...it goes by a store by store basis, which every they seem like they sell the best or make the most profit off of!!!!

I have decent success on the Dawg, use it the same as you would a spook. Walk the dog with it and twitch it over the top, around cover, and weedbeds and banks. Best color seems to be chrome/black.

I bought 2 of them a few years ago and I don't like them. They don't work as well as other walk the dog type baits. Now if you find the Spro chug minnows, they have caught some really nice fish for me.My go to topwater lure.

well, it depends on how bright the sun is, or hot. i would let lay in your window so you can keep an eye on it. just needs to fade a little, not too much. too much and they don't see it real good.
