$700? Lucky you! I could have a field day at BPS with that much money. Happy shopping!

fellows,im glad to have a support group.this is gonna be better than ***,i do need to get one more rod-reel,but im gonna have the guys at bass pro be gettin it ready while me and the monkey go round and round.

i have always heard that if you have free money to always buy stuff you normally wouldnt spend your own money on,but i want to know how it feels to spend about 400 on cranks, spinnerbaits, and plastics.

I got a $500 card to Cabelas when I bought my boat a couple years ago, and I spent way more than the card.
Mainly I got boat rigging stuff: good vests, ropes, anchor, net, rod socks, distress stuff, etc... I think the Chronarch reel is what really put me over though. Have fun, but I feel that it was wise to get safety things for the boat as well as tackle. They give me the bare minimum when I got the boat.

I know exactly what you mean...

$700 bucks seems like a lot until they tell you the total of all the stuff you picked out. have fun man, I know I would.

That is no lie!
I got that way the last time I was at Dick's Sporting Goods picking out over $100 worth of bait, it got so bad I couldn't think straight or even see straight, and it wasn't what your thinking either I gave that stuff up years ago.

I bought a Tracker deck boat in 2001 and got a $750 gift card--it didn't last long, I remember buying some life jackets, an anchor and a tube but I can't think of what else I bought. I do remember ejoying it.
