I don't know crap about boats but that looks like a lot of boat for $4000... And I need 1. I'd really like to know what all needs to be done to it to get it into tip top shape.

Those 19ft Venture's will fly and I do mean FLY with the correct setup. A 175 is a great motor on that boat for someone not used to running a go fast boat. 4000 for that boat in all reality is not bad at all. A 175 will cost you 2500 alone then add in trailer and hull and you see what I mean.
