i would just like to congratulate Jason Williamson on his first elite series win!!! many of you probably have never heard of Jason but he has been fishin the elite series for i think 5 years..... he won Amistad today by over 8 lbs.......
Jason lives in Aiken and is sellin the house down the road from me..... maybe he wont move now...... he is our local boy so we always watch him.... he has never made the classic but he still did ok last year...... he led a day on Amistad last year but couldnt finish..... he did well last year but when he got on his home lakes he bombed and dropped out the the border spots you need to make the classic he was in 38th after day two but after the big bag on saturday(and the tourney at that point) - 33-13 he jumped to third.... then he weighed in 35 pounds to make up a 7 pound defecit today its cool that he won because we see him in aiken or around our home lakes...... you sometimes just bump into him while eatin.... so i guess next time i see him i get to congratulate him ![]()
