James River bound
Hey guys I am heading to the Tidal James Saturday with my Dad,Brother and several Friends going after Blue Cats
 . (Yea I do all kinds of fishing) anyway I am meeting up with a Guy who lives on the river and fishes it alot, so I am hoping i can pick up some pointers and maybe pass along a good report when I get back. Jerry

The big females are feeding on the Potomac getting ready for the spawn. Might be something to think about if the cats aren't biting.

Well I didnt do so hot my boat caught 2, nothing huge but the guy I took said it was still 10 times bigger than any bass he ever caught. Started at dutch gap and run upriver about 2 miles past Jimmy Deans house. Fished with eels. shad and squid the two we got were on squid. Had a Gar take a tale off a eel. We came in saturday night and everyone at the launch said they had a slow day.
