Okay as we age and we find new odd body forms we tend to worry, at least I do. I found a huge lump on my upper right foot close to my ankle. I noticed it a few months ago but thought it was just from the fact I rolled that ankle skatebording years ago and never noticed the difference from my other ankle. Suddenly two days ago I realized it was twice the size, I was a mess, cancer was my first thought. I researched and found out most likely it is a gangloid cyst, harmless unless it causes pain or discomfert and can inlarge do to added pressure or rubbing ( I changed to shoes that rub on it a few months ago ). I am going to have it checked out but most likely it will go away for the most part or not bother me if I change shoes.

well i hope you are correct buddy. let us know ok? i too have achs and pains from previous stunts, football, basketball games and just from life in general. some of us are getting at the age when things just start falling apart,lol. but we keep on fighting it don't we? keep us informed on what you find out pal.

So far I've found what my old man told me about those aches and pains to be true. He said.
"When you're a kid and on through your teens you get right back up when knocked on your but.
In your twenties you drink a beer or two then get right back up.
In your thirties you drink a couple beers and wonder what's the point in getting back up before you get back up.
From your forties to your sixties you're slower about it it, but you get on up out of habit.
From your sixties on you'll be so darned tickled you can still get up out of bed you won't give a $&%#."

Had two lumps grow on my forehead thought I was growing horns turned out they were from mosquito bites that created some kind of pocket had to have them cut out
