yep you gotta try this one..

whole sour oranges -britter ones or the brown warty central american ones.
red onions-peeled
pineapple- peeled/cored
celentro
honey

chop in a food processor till finly chopped

if it's too sweet add some lime juice..

Just had tacos with tomato salsa..... don't make me throw up!

I'll havta try it, I was hesitant to try fish tacos, but just love them now!
