I don't know if anyone had seen them yet, but roboworm put out a 5 inch soft swimbait. They are called the EZ-Shad. I picked up my first pack of them this weekend and was very impressed with them.
They can be rigged completely weedless. I swam them through the hydrilla without any issues. They have a boot tail and when hooked with a 5/0 weighted swimbait hook they have a very smooth side to side swimming action. The thing I liked most about them is that they are a more durable plastic than some of the other soft swimbaits I have tossed. The one that I tossed this morning has made it through 3 bass so far without any tearing. The only complaint that I have with them so far is that their color choices are rather limited. I went with the prism perch. I would like to see a baby bass and a bluegill coloration before I really hype them up. I figured I would pass it on. http://www.roboworm.com/e5frame.htm
