Alright guys, these are some of the best ribs I've had in a very long time!
Here's what you'll need: 2 - Racks of ribs (well, really as many as you want or can fit in your oven) 1 - 12/oz can of your favorite cooking beer, or any you like for that matter - Your favorite BBQ sauce - Your favorite BBQ seasoning or rub - A pan to bake them in; I used a cookie sheet, but I wish I had used something a bit deeper. - A metal cooking rack that fits in the pan. I used a couple of a small cooling racks for baked good (just make sure they're metal and not coated with anything) - Foil Here's how to cook them. 1. Rub the seasoning on the top of the ribs and put them ribs on the racks in the pan. 2. Pour your beer iin the pan (all of it now, don't drink any! ![]() 3. Cover the ribs with foil, making it tight on the pan; crimp the edges too. I had to use two pieces of foil to cover the whole pan. 4. Bake at 300* for 3 hours. 5. Heat your grill, then turn it down low. We have a propane grill and have a little metal smoker box that we put wood chips in. I used it to add more flavor to the ribs, but you don't have to smoke them. 6. Put the ribs on, face up and cover the top liberally with your sauce. 7. Grill the bottom about 15 minutes, then flip and grill the top for 10-15. 8. I like to add more BBQ sauce to mine, so if you want to, do so now or after you've served it people can add more if they wish. BB
