I spent 3 days around bama and after a few minutes got used to it, then didn't notice it, I 'm sure he noticed our Ohio accents and the Wisconsin guys too LOL like we say "fish" feeeshe rofl

having talked to alot of the guys posted above.and esle where in the south ...i agree bama does have the thickest accest.i have heard...even the great rebbasser talks like he is from ithe md west 1/2 the time...sorry dawg it's true.

Ya, I've wonder what bama's voice sounded like before! But I've got friends in bama, there coming back for second time this summer on the 13th. I didn't notice any ascent at all, well mouth of a suther one that is... sounded kinda norther to me!?!
