fish from the morning

So i set out at about 5am this morning grabbed my brother and hit the water not a bad day all the way around caught a bunch of pickerel and two that were just shy of 3lbs . It was super foggy until about 7am and at that point there was still steam coming of the surface of the water , I also got to try out the hip waders I picked up and was happy to be able to fish areas that were previously off limits to myself , though I do think I see chest high waders in my near future . By the way the goofy look on my brothers face was his way of saying I got one that wasn't a pickerel .

Yea every time I pickerel fishing those pesky bass aggravate the he77 out of me!!!!!!

Yeah they where going crazy this morning , I don't think I remember every getting that many pickerel out of that place in one day it seemed like they were rushing the baits before the bass could get to them .

Sounds like fun. ya had a good morning Never caught a pickeral, but I'm assuming it's like catching s small pike.

Yeah, Bassin...just like a small pike. Slimier than a used car salesman too.

I'm totally jealous of your pickerel, Jim. Keep posting those photos!

Yeah like nofear said they are just like a mini sized pike and put up a heck of a fight .
