Ok got the gear now how and when to fish it???

Got a few things but dont know how to rig, when, and how to fish them ??? please help me with this dilema! I got some worms i know to texas rig them and fish slowly. got some tubes have no clue, and got some crankbaits, no clue again. And i have some jigs. Please help me with this!! Thanx
