Got to the lake really late on sunday due to the 15 being closed. My cousing just moved here from indiana and hes a avid fisherman so i had to take him to dvl. A little cold but it was worth it. Started off throwing swimbaits i had one fish come unbuttoned that i was fighting for what seemed like was forever and def had to be a quality striper. My cousing landed his biggest fish of the day on the mattlures ultimate bluegill on his first cast when we got to the point right to the right of the boat ramp. After a couple hours of slow fishing i resorted back to roboworms and 4lb test while my cousin didnt want to put down the swimbait after that fish. I ended the day with about 13 and my cousin 2.
