Default Who is your role model?

WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL?

Just do this. It's fun. I promise you will laugh when you find your role
model.

NO CHEATING.

I was really surprised to find out who my role model was.

FIND OUT WHO TRULY IS YOUR ROLE MODEL.. DON'T SCROLL DOWN YET, DO THE

SIMPLE MATH BELOW, THEN SCROLL DOWN TO FIND YOUR HERO.

It's CRAZY how accurate this is!

No peeking!

1) Pick your favorite number between 1-9

2) Multiply by 3 then

3) Add 3

4) Then again Multiply by 3 (I'll wait while you get the calculator.....)

5) You'll get a 2 or 3 digit number....

6) Add the digits together

Now Scroll down, very slowly...ONE AT A TIME!

................. With that number, see who your ROLE MODEL is from the
list below:

1.. Einstein

2. Oprah Winfrey

3. Snoopy

4. Bill Clinton

5. Bill Gates

6. Gandhi

7. Ronald Reagan

8. Babe Ruth

9. MallenManson

10. John F. Kennedy

11. Barry Soetoro

I know, I know....I just have that effect on people.

One day, you too can rise to this level, too..

P.S. Stop picking different numbers!! I AM YOUR IDOL, JUST DEAL WITH IT!!!!!!

Haha, weird cause I expected to see Robert E. Lee at number 9, and instead its Mallen.

Of course it makes sense since Mallen was Lee's role model.

Not sure how the math works, but I've read that 9 is the only numer that returns to itself.

Won't tell you where I read it though.

The reason it works is because it's set up to provide you with a multiple of 9. 9 is a special number in the base 10 numbering system. In any numbering system, the sum of the digits of any multiple of the "base minus 1" will always equal a multiple of "base minus 1". It sounds complicated, but it really isn't.

Example, 9,18,27,36,45,54,63,72,81,99,108....and so on....you get the idea.

Basically, it works like this:

Take the number 9. Let's look at it is 09. This shows the ones place and the tens place. 9 ones and zero tens. The sum of the digits adds to 9 obviously.

Well, because 9 is 10-1...(remember the base 10 thing), when you add another nine, you are subtracting one from the ones place and adding one to the tens place. Hence, the sum of the two place digits never changes.

And because you only ever change two place digits (ones, tens, hundred, thousands, etc.) by adding 9, this is true for all multiples of 9, however large the number.

I only bring up other number bases because we like the base 10 system. This has a lot to do with us having 10 fingers. If we had 12 fingers, our system would probably be base 12, in which case we would have single charactera for ten and eleven, instead of two digits, and twelve would then show as "10". In that case, 11 (the single character for it) would be the special number, and would behave exactly like 9 does in our system.

Oh well, enough nerdity for one day...I'm home sick again...this is getting very old.

Way to bring down Mallen's self esteem and confuse people all in one post. Mallen just thought he was special and was everybody's role model... And now you go and give us all this mathematical jibberish. You could be lying to us all and we'd never know!

That was one of those "Oh yeah, I know what you're talking about" responses you give someone when you want them to shut up and stop explaining something, wasn't it?
