Default First bloom of the season

Just a little pic of the first bloom of the year.

If you can't handle seeing roses on the site try the following:

Yeah man, I tell ya what, man, that dang ol’ internet, man, you just go in on there and point and click, talk about w-w-dot-w-com, mean you got nekkid chicks on there, man, just go click, click, click, click, click, it’s real easy, man.

The pink one has done really well this past fall and spring. I guess if you take care of them a little they do well. Didn't prune it back as much as last year but it is getting thicker and producing many more flowers than when I first bought the place.
The little red plant hasn't done as well. It doesn't do as well in the heat in the summer. I should probably move it to where it gets a little more shade in the afternoon.

I got one from my folks last fall that I transplanted. It grows wild on the beaches on Cape Cod. It's doing pretty good and I should have some flowers this spring.

Hey, either one you got what is called a confederate rose? Just wondering, i have heard of these but can't find any. Word is that they are also climbing roses. Sorta like on a vine.
