how steak is done
oh i am an evil man. went fishing, mowed the lawn, and cooked steak -ny strip-
ready to go with hickory char rub and oiled.  after char grilling and the first turn..  hell yeah loadin the plate..  got to amit the hickory chad rub mallen hooked me up with. is definatly the snizzle for steak... next weekend it will be country style ribs- a special request-oh yeah get your drool on..... zooker
