No grill needed.....
actually I don't own one so I used the cast iron skillet to cook some dinner last night.
Bavarian Brats made here in the US by a German butcher.......Sweeet!! Just needed a little mustard and some pototo salad and all was good! |

Not a Kraut fan even though my P-grandmother was 100% German. She made better Polish food. Stuff some cabbage and I'm in.

share? you got to be kidding me! I ate one that night, one for lunch the next day, and ate one today for lunch. Going to be a while before I get some more so I'll make them last as long as I can.
Got to get the recipe on some smoked kielbasa from the german butcher who made these. Used to be a Polish butcher shop that made the best dried smoked kielbasa near my dad's house in NW PA. The shop is no longer open in PA but the guy who made the Bratz knows how to make the kielbasa the way they made it in PA. Gonna write it down the next time I see him! |
