Buzzbaits
How come my buzzbaits never come in strait on the retrieve. They are constantly moving to the left on the retrive. They are all booya's

It's due to push of the blade.
As the blade spins, it pushed the buzzbait to the side. If you want it to run straight, check out the Booyah Bi-You Buzz. It's a bit pricey, but I like mine. BB

You can also tune them a little. On cheaper buzzbaits, you can only do this a little before you weaken the metal. Anymore I only throw dual bladed baits. I can adjust the left and right by adding a bead to one side.
Also, there are times where having the bait swim to a side can be an advantage. I have two that have an extreme turn when they swim. I have learned that I can use the baits to swim into areas where a straight bait won't work.

You can bend the wire frame gently to the opposite direction to cure one running to one side.Once tuned it will run straight boat flip a fish and a need to retune is in order.
Crimp the rivet down solid so it wont turn with the blade as it creates more noise. |

Very seldom do I have trouble with a buzzbait not running straight, but when I do this is how I fix it.

I use Booyah Counterstrike buzzbaits. The blades turn in opposite directions, so there is no push.
