What I love most about fishing

Mine is the fact that everytime I'm fishing, the only thing i can possibly think about... is fishing.

Kind of the same here. Just getting away from it all and enjoying some time between me and mother nature.

ditto here, plus the challenge and the fact that bass fishing is a active sport, so to speak (as compared to some of the other hunting and fishing sports)

It lets me think of growing up and fishing with my dad, then later my brother. Now both gone. Also a lot of friends I fished with and don't see any more. Other than that, the challenge. Figuring out why something isn't working then finding out a pattern or spot that is hot. Add to that being outside. The early morning time when it seems you have the whole lake to yourself and marvel in natures beauty. Through in the different seasons fishing takes place in, no winter for me. And thanking God I love to do this.

i guess this is why i don't catch nuthin but dinks cause i think about EVERYTHING, lol. i mean i think about what all i s going on in my life, and i think about how that OSPREY is catching that fish, and how the otter is doing his thing adn so forth. i think about what i AIN'T doing at home and how fishing is SOOO much better than what home chores are, lmao. and i think of the things that bassinbob thinks about as well. my father is still with me, brother too. but they are too far away and have other things to do. but one day i want my dad to go with me, maybe next year i always say. i invite him all the time but he has grandkids and great-grandkids so............
