Like I told Bama, after he sent me pics of hisself pullin his pork, revenge is a dish best served slow cooked, and covered in Famous Dave's BBQ Sauce.
Basically, I used BigB's cooking recipe. Tinfoil tented on a broiler pan, over 12 oz of beer and I added 1 T of Jalapeno juice to the mix. Dry rubbed both sides with Spicy Smoky Southwest flavor Char Crust. Cooked for 1 hour at 300 degress, pulled her out of the oven, lathered with sauce, and back in the oven for 2 more hours Added some of my homemade baked beans on the side, and finished off the plate with a huge hunk of Jalapeno Yellow Cake Corn Bread. ![]() The last pic is Skyline Chili Dip. 8 oz cream cheese spread on bottom of baking dish. Layer with 1/4 C diced onions, then 13 oz of Skyline Chili. Top with 8 oz of Cheddar. Bake till cheese is melted. Didn't have any Skyline, so I went with Wolf brand chili
