Rain Rain Go Away
We got almost 3in of rain the last two days and they are calling for more. The lakes have jumped 6 to 8 feet in one day. I'm hosting a tournament for my duaghters softball team next weekend. I sure hope it settles down.

Yeah we got about 4 in in 2 days,ky lake went from 32,000 cfm to 67,000 cfm and raised 2 ft,also lake temp jumped from 44 to 46 as was warm when it hit the fan.Wed night could have read a book without turning on any lights, that much lightning.
Be mild weekend then about tue or wed more rain possible. Im on a hill and have 1 in of water all over, but not about to flood me in at 603 el and with a boat. Coming in at a sw angle running ne Barkley wasnt as effected it went from 10,000 cfm low to 30,000 which is a decent current for a ledge bite. |

Done... but you have to take the 70mph straight line winds and tornados too. even though i'm sure you will be in for a few of those a little later in the year

Right at the moment Their is a difference between Barkley and Ky of about ten in,Barkley at 357.60Ky at 356.80 interconnecting canal wouldnt be fun right now as no locking wall, guessing its one big roller from barkley over to ky.
50,000 cfm on Barkley about 67,000 on KY Ps those 70 mph winds sink barges with 5 ft walls.Id think before trading, from nov to april it hits the fan in Tn on a regular basis, yet the fishing is spectacular. |
