Default Asking for some quick prayers...

Hey guys...

In light of all that has happened recently in the world... I feel it's sort of petty to request this... but I could use some quick prayers from you guys.

I am in pretty bad lower back pain. I'm not sure what caused it, but it has gotten worse and worse and I can barely walk and move around.

Other than that I'm in great health, thanks to the Lord. So I'm not looking for pity.

But I will ask that you say a quick prayer for me for healing and victory over whatever is causing my back pain.

Some research online leads me to believe it is a problem with my SI joint, but I'll be going to the doctor to get a proper diagnosis.

Other than that, life is good and I'm living blessed, so I really don't want to complain... but I figure it doesn't hurt to tap into the prayer powerhouse here on the forums for health and healing.

Thanks so much guys!

You got it, Kevin. I have had muscle pulls and things like that. That was bad enough! I hope and pray that you find out what it is, that it is only a muscle pull and you will be back up in short time!

I'll be sure to include you in my prayer buddy. I've had back issues in the past like that and I know how it can stop you cold. But I also know how prayer and Gods intervention can restore you back to health. God bless ya Kevin.

Thank you so much guys...

QUICK UPDATE: The prayers are working and thanks to God for his healing! For days my back was getting steadily worse. Yesterday morning I was pretty much confined to bed and a chair for short periods, and could barely walk (I was doing what I call the 2-inch shuffle).

Since the moment I made my post, my back has gotten better and better by the minute. Last night I could get up and down and actually move around! Today is even better and I can walk (well, more like a "George Brett" walk).

Quite honestly I'm astounded at the progress... so I just want to thank God for bringing healing and hearing the prayers... and thanks to everyone who said a quick prayer for my recovery.

I am so proud to have such wonderful people here on the forums. You guys are what make this site so special.

Thanks again,

Prayers sent Kevin. I've had back issues for 20 years.... It's one of those pains that just never goes away and you never know when it's going to act up.

Glad to hear your back is improving! A lot of people don't realize how painful and limiting a hurt back can be. Until it happens to them.
Prayers on their way!
