Po' boy....New England style

Made a run up north over the weekend for a job interview. My folks decided to buy a couple lobstahs for Sunday dinner. Of course with the leftovers, they were good sized lobsters, lobster salad is guaranteed. Here's a pic of the sammich from the following day......This ain't no little hot dog roll!!!

Definately good eats!!

When making lobster salad... do you use pretty much what you'd use in tuna salad?

Basically mayonnaise and celery. Some people add a few things to jazz it up a bit, but not really needed.

I like a little salt, pepper, and Old Bay in my lobster salad. But basically that's it. Definately good eats. No tomato or pickles on my Po' boy.
