Why in the world would you post such a thing on a fishing site? Free country free site but I still don't get it. This county needs A and B so why pick a fight with them. I would love to see you tell a fighter pilot to their face that they have some sort of God like Complex! You should hold so - that way they can forgive your ignorance and sick failed attempt at humor. Again!

Well Vegas This is the Non-Fishing Related portion of the forum. This was an observational question, not humor. I have known lots of A's and B's and they will readily admit to this mindset. I would expect nothing less from either one of them. My wife manages a Neuro ICU in Charlotte and interacts with some of the finest Neurosurgeons on the east coast. Two of which are avid fisherman that I've had the pleasure of sharing a boat with several times. We lived in the shadow of Moody AFB in Valdosta Ga for years and I met, got to know and fished with some of the best Fighter Pilots in the USAF. I was just sitting here at the computer one day wondering if anyone else had an opinion about which of these two were the most. Perhaps I should have used the words self confident or biggest ego or some other phrase to sum up their mindset, but God Complex just seemed to say it the best. Maybe you interpreted it as a kind of insult when that wasn't my intent at all. Finally....if you want to spend your time picking at my posts, go ahead, however your time would be much better spent sharpening your hooks. riding your horse and playing with your snakes.

I don't pick at your post. I simply asked you a question about two of them and for that you get offended. Can't help you there but this just seems to me such a strange post and I don't see anything wrong with it I just found it odd. So I asked about it.

Since you are new here perhaps you could better understand my line of questioning by knowing my profession. Normally I don't visit the site but one or two times a month but I had more down time due to surgery and I was board out of my mind so I tend to visit the site more often. I am traveling for business and Holidays so I wont be around to pick on you as much. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

Sorry, I forgot the "sarcasm" icon. If was an alternative answer to the obviously idiotic point of the original post. And prayer is a personal thing, whether it's to "your" God, Jesus, Vishnu, Budda, Jehovha or Allah etc. Good thoughts sent on behalf of someone to whomever you may pray to is welcome.

Wow I had forgotten about this little thread. However I don't think my point was idiotic at all, rather a legitimate sociological querry. As far as the prayer and "alternative" ? answer thing, there is only ONE GOD and that is the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob. All this talk of someones personal God like Budda, Allah and the like is foolishness.
