Default Cannibal Frog

Caught a frog on a frog today...I guess that makes this frog a cannibal lol

Done that a couple times myself, those big bullfrogs are super aggressive sometimes and will eat about anything you throw close to them. Not much of a fight though and they stick!

Was a first for me. He hit it pretty hard, but you're right...he didn't put up much of a fight after that. He made me laugh though, which was cool because it was a slow day

I got a few on hollow bodies. They aren't hitting for food it's more of a territory thing. Thats what I was told anyway.

A quick look at that frogs tongue and..............now Lilmule's "pink in the pads" theory makes perfect sense! Apparently......

Those bullfrogs will eat anything they can get their mouths on. I've even intentionally thrown various lures to them just to see what they will attack. So far, everything. So word of warning. If your ever shore fishing and feel the need to take a leak, you better look around first and make sure their are no bull frogs nearby.
