So finally my Durango goes in the shop Monday for repairs, no the POS hasn't paid or responded to my insurance company at all - BIG SURPRISE no insurance, no license why would I think he's have any money? I'm filing a Small Claims Court action - will cost me another $90.00 and from what I'm told, I should not expect to recover any money. But I'll be damned if I let that POS just walk away, every legal angle I can work against him AND his mother I am going to do. If the POS has any man in him he'll pay before lettting his mother put up with a summons.
BUT - that's not why I'm ticked off today, I can't catch a break or more accurately my wife couldn't as she was rear ended while sitting at a traffic light this afternoon. She's ok, was checked out in the ER for back pain - this is the third time in her driving history she's been rear ended, first one 15 years ago, nealy killer her and did some injury to her back, each time it seems it takes less for her to have back pain. At least the guy that hit her was insured. So, my car isn't fixed YET and I have another one to get scheduled. I think I'm going to have my paint guy put a few bull's eyes on each of our SUV's. It just feels like we are targets, so damn many drivers are just not paying attention when behind the wheel. It's getting ridiculous or however you spell it. |

It's because every other idiot on the road is texting or talking on the phone. I'm glad your wife wasn't seriously injured. I hope her back pain is only temporary.

Bruce I feel your pain. Not your wifes though.
![]() Tell her that I hope the best for her but as the two of you have come to realize....once your back gets messed up, it just never really gets back to original shape. Just never quite feels right and if it does it seems to be short lived. ![]() Good values, good angler, from what I am lead to believe just a good person to know. ![]() ![]() The POS doesn't even begin to understand the mistake he has already begun. He's definitly angered the wrong man this time! KICK HIS FRICKING ***!

I can't believe what happened to your wife. I really feel badly for her. I sure hope her back recovers quicly. I can only imagine how nervous she must get when braking or sitting at a stop light. As for the POS, I hope you make his life miserable!

Hope your wife is ok, and gets well soon, although, I know from my back injury, you never do fully recover. I was t-boned in April by a 19 yr old, driving at a high rate of speed, on a "country" road, without his lights on. "Accidents" like these are just another symptom of our self absorbed society.

How about a hit & run from a golf cart causing $6274.35 worth of damage to my wifes car? There was a witness but the cart driver disappeared in housing. Hope your wife recovers soon. I know vengeance was boiling in my blood. Said screw it....life goes on. Yes my insurance is covering it. I used to have lazer sites installed on my bass boat for wave runners. They'll be relocated on hood of car searching for a green golf cart with substantial damage. Basstard

dadgummit bruce....murphy has got a hold ya'll something fierce! sorry your wife got hit buddy. if i was oyu, i would sue the mother for the damages. jsut my opion. wrongful something or another...or jsut for the heck of it. i hope oyur wife didn't sign anything saying she wouldn't take any more action due to the insurance claim. lisa took a payoff when she and her mother got rear ended on the interstate form an 18 wheeler insurance. now her neck is STILL bothering her. i told not to take it, but she did. oh well. hopefully ya'll can recover form all this quickly.
