Well folks, I know it aint college, but the NFL regular season is drawing near; and the preseason is amidst us! I personally can't wait to get things rolling!
Who are you looking for to be the AFC and NFC power houses? I'd expect the see the Broncos make it pretty far into the play-offs with Payton Manning at the helm. I see a Broncos - Ravens AFC champion ship game in the future. For the NFC, I see the Eagles (as much as I hate them) doing very well, with the kind of talent they've got, it's only a mater of time before they emerge NFC east champs. I'm also stoked about the Dolphins this year! I think they made a good choose naming David Garrard the starter to let the younger guys sit behind and learn... particularly Tannehill. I'm also excited to see how Luck and Griffin III do even though he's on a rival team. What will you be looking for the this season?

NFL?
AFL? Not a clue, when it comes to football I only watch one - Lingere Football. ![]() I never care who wins - beer, samwiches and girls in lingere chasing each other, catching someone and rolling around on the grass - what else does a man need? A beer can isn't the only think that can pop a top ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I'm predicting one team of uneducated millionaires will defeat another team of uneducated millionaires for the "world championship" Lombardi trophy.

In the NFC, I think the North conference is going to be stacked. The Packers and Lions will be good and you can never count out the Bears.
The AFC if anybody's guess. I am a KC Chiefs fan, and while I don't think they will be contenders, their backfield may be interesting with Jamaal Charles and Peyton Hillis at RB. Along the same lines, is there enough interest to start a Fantasy Football league amongst BF.com members? We would only need 12 people. If so, I will set one up...that is if there is not one already. Let me know and I will start a new thread.
