Prayer request

My sister was mugged last night at about 8 o'clock, outside of a drug/alcohol rehab counseling place she works at. She had just gotten out of her car to walk inside, when a car with 4 guys in it pulled up beside her. One guy stuck a gun in her ribs, and she dropped everything and ran inside. They took her car, her purse with some cash, credit cards, debit card, cell phone....
She's ok, just scared. I haven't talked with her yet, but Mom and Dad came over to her apartment last night and stayed with her, and he told me about it this morning. Now they've got to cancel all her cards, get her cell phone deactivated, talk with the insurance company about the theft, get a rental car.....
So if you would, keep my sister Stina (short for Christina) in your prayers....

Exactly why I recently got my ccw permit,not the threat of losing anything,lucky nothing else happened.Now they have her car,credit and home addy maybe even her keys.
While I will prey for her would rather pray over the perps that did it.
She was wise to leave things behind something for them to get interested in get safe turn blow the crap out of them if they are still a danger,only as a last resort.
While late seminars on refuse to be a victim help or assist.She did do the right thing get safe.

That pizzes me off more than anything. 4 guys mug a woman - what freakin' cowards. Praise be she was not physically hurt, but I hope the cops catch those azzhats and they "resist arrest". Dam good beating should be handed out, prior to going to jail, IMO.

Prayers and well wishes to your sister.
Call cell company and ask if the phone was used after it was taken or they can also call the number and if the coward answers they'll also get location.
Just an idea cause these cowards are also idiots.

Man, nothing worse than low life's preying on the defenseless. I hope they try to jack someone who can fight back. A bullet is what they deserve.

Thoughts and prayers go out to your sister, thank God she is OK, physically at least.

Daniel, I am so sorry to hear about your sister. Those cowards deserve a .40 S&W round sent downrange on them. Thank God she is physically ok and I hope that she copes with the situation well mentally.

I'm so sorry to hear about what happened to Stina, and rest assured I will be praying for her. I have the same feelings about those Aholes as mentioned by the others. One thing that worries me though, is that they probably have her drivers license, and thusly, know where she lives. Is there anyone who can stay with her for a while? Maybe ask the police to drive past the house occationally for a few days.
