chicago vs. new york
Chicago style deep-dish? Â*or New York thin crust? Â*I looooooooove deep-dish pizza. Â*Anyone thats ever been to giordano's, Gino's East, or Loumalnadi's knows exactly what I'm talking about. Â*New York style is just card board with a thin layer of tomato sauce and Â*cheese. Â*

I ain't fussy, There is no substitute for the pizzas from the old brick ovens where you see nothing but fire when they throw the pizzas in and pull them out done in a matter of minutes not a half hour out of a modern oven or have the dough still raw in the middle. I personally love a feta cheese pizza cooked in an earth oven over a wood fire and charcoal . ;D P N J
