well,
once again this is the sign that spring is starting! Its a tradition, thursday night we get out stuff ready, and friday night we go around looking at all the stocked streams, and then pick one around 10:00 pm. Then its up at 4:30 am, out the door around 6:00-6:30 am. then we wait at our spot till 8:00 am, then the fishing starts. Im taking my ultralight fenwick, with quantum xtra lite reel and i will aslo take my fly rod(no its not a fenwick but soon will be, im thinking the fall or so ill buy one). Lure choices for myself are blue fox strobe spinners, Some old CP Swings, i found in my dads old tackle box, Rosster tail vibra tails, gizit trout tubes, and powerbait. man i cant wait, because generally a week later the bass fishing gets good and then i have a choice and i generally chose bass. anyways if anyone else here trout fishes and has any tips please post em |
