I was at a reservoir this evening and caught 2 bass around 14 in. or so on a plastic worm. I found this Rattlin' Popper on the ground so I figured I try it out tomorrow morning. What is the best way to fish this kind of lure? Thanks

Probably your best chances for success would be during lower light periods over shallow cover. Pop it, pause, pop, pause, etc. Or give it multiple pops before your pause. Vary the number of pops and the length of the pauses until and if you find what works. Make sure the hooks are sharp.
