Is it okay to use with plastics that have a built in scent? In example- can I spike a Yum Dinger with Spike It? Will there be a chemical reaction, ruining the dye or the bait??

Yes you can use it with any bait, whether it has scent or salt already added or not. It's also great to use for lcearing your sinuses out too.
