I've had some success-I just really started to fish them on a regular basis. The best place I have found to fish them are on real steep rock banks/ledges. I either throw them up shallow and work them down into deeper water or start deep and work them up shallow.

I love these. I use them most times I fish. I have the best result when I fish the Delaware river. A lot of rocks, sitting right on a point where a smaller river runs into the Delaware. Fast, cold water. Not sure of the brand but I've used black and blue most often. Also have had real good luck in a few lakes, but always near rocks. I bounce it off the exposed rocks and let it drop into the water. Not much luck in open water

Welcome to the wonderful world of spiderjigs. Excellant jig escpecially in a hard to find color. It is a milky colored pumkinseed. EXCELLANT especially in the early part of the year when the craws are just coming out. Then I switch to other colors depending on what they are feeding on.

I like to fish mine on a jig. IT moves a ton of water and the little twin tails kick really good on the fall. I caught two nice ones doing this yesterday

Spider Jigs are one of my favorites lures, expcially the Kreature By Yamamoto. I like to keep them near wood structure or on rocks.. I have fished a lot with them on the Lake of the Ozarks in MO. and they are just an awesome bait

I have found that the Chompers brand and the Arkie brand will produce more fish than other brand spider grubs including the Yamamoto hula grubs. I don't know why, I just notice they worked better for me than the other brands I have.

To be more specific here is the spider grub page. I have been ordering from this company for quite a few years now. They are a little pricier than other places, but they have got hard to find things that most places don't carry.
