Man this clear water fishing is Tuff! The water is so clear you can see the bottom almost at any depth right now, we have a few blowups on topwater but ended up getting most on the frog last night under some bright green moss.
I am hoping some nice rain will murk it up again so we can enjoy 4 more weeks of fishing up here! |

Same here, it hasn't rained since August 22 or something. The water is so clear and it is so warm. There was supposed to be a front coming in last night so I left work early and went out. Nothing. I did practice walking the dog on a spook I just got though. It looks like maybe the front is coming through now, the lakes are so low here it is rediculous. Need rain.

I tried that lucky13 Heddon lure last night, it moves like a dead turd in the water lol
Things will pick up after a good soakin' rain
