Default Weekly Lake Fork Fishing Report From Guide Jim Reaneau

Well, the fishing is as hot as it gets right now at Lake Fork. The fish are biting almost anything you want to sling. The water is still low and the temp is about 76 degrees. Wave Industries Tiki Sticks and The Shadick, Lake Fork Trophy bait and Tackle twitch worms, Magic Shad, flukes and Trick worms have been great around the banks and grass beds all day. The deep bite has been out standing. Carolina rigs with everything from ten worms to flukes has been awesome. The spinner bait bite has been good till the sun popped out this has slowed this bite.
The crappie are starting to gather around the bridges and some good old bigguns are showing up.. Not many but the keepers are getting better.
I still have some dates open here in October and November. If you want to get out and catch a few give me a call.
