Default Once again, i am dealing with some major stress! Help!

I just dont know why. It just happened a couple days ago. Sunday, I was really aggrivated, and just didnt know why, today, man i wanted to kill(not literally). Nobody did anything to me, i just dont understand it! Dam, this sucks.

sounds like you're frustrated about something, get out and get some excercise doing something fun and active. usually clears my head.

Hey dude,

How old are you?

If you’re young (below 25) it could be due to some hormonal imbalance, this is fairly normal. Go do kickboxing! I used to be the same from about 16 to 18, by doing something physical you do get rid of some of that $hit.

If your older could be signs of stress or depression, really, go see a professional!!!!!

well im no doctor but i had a friend that would all of a sudden get into a bad mood...he was fine one min and the next he was mad at the world...he went to the doctor and they diagnosed him as bi-polar...he got some pills to take and it helped him....im not sayin thats what u have but it might be sumthin to look into.....

when im mad(usually at my little brother)i go fishing, or maybe for you hunting.
ive been hunting a couple times, and its not the 6 point buck i shot that relaxed me, it was just being there,having fun. same with fishing. or do what lou does,kickboxing.if im mad at my brother normally what i do is kickboxing, on him!

Feeling alot better today, i guess the stress was due to to much caffenie or something. I also did some martial arts, and found clamness in that. Thanks guys.

some ka-ra-te always helps, i try to lay off the caffeine sometimes too, not for stress, it just makes me hyper,

What I do is find a song that I love and turn off the everything and lay down relax and listen to it. I deal with a lot of stress and it really helps me a lot. I have managed to get a few grey hairs along with it lol....

Bi polar are we? every one gets into a ***** now and then it's all apart of growing up and dealing with stress. It may not feel like stress but in different forms it is. You might need a hobby or some alone time. Or get a hot hot girlfriend like Zook!. What ever it is I think it will pass, just don't hold it in you got to vent now and then just like the other guys said. No worries mate keep on givin on!

What I do everyday is work out in the weight room. Get's rid of a lot of stress. Plus it keeps you in great shape and helps you be able to fish longer and harder.
