Shaky Worm Rig

I have read so much about the shaky worm technique and have decided to give it a try. I picked up some Zoom trick worms and some Katsu' hooks with spirals coming out of the jig head. The spirals look really big. I am wondering if these jigheads will work with the trickworms.

Question: What jighead should you use with this rig? What what worm is best? What size is best?
