One of our own mentioned in Bassmaster issue
The March issue features "A Day on the Lake with Art Furgeson". I knew Art used Carolina Chip's baits so I read through it to see if he was using anything of Chip's. Sure enough, the first crank he ties up is one of Chip's, however he fails to catch anything on his baits. Thought it was cool to see one of 'our' own mentioned in the magazine. Where is Chip anyhow?

I haven't recieved my Bassmaster for March yet, but most of you know I think a lot of Art. I root for him, and know he's a heck of a fisherman. I can't wait to see that article, thanks for the heads up creek geeek. Not sure how many more of the Bassmaster's I will be getting. Just not too happy with B.A.S.S. at this point.

Actually CreekGeek.....2 of the locals here are mentioned(kinda). My club had a nice spread 3 pgs about kickboating. I just fished yesterday with Rich Caro and the guy who is in the Blue Kickbaot with the flame rod rack(his name is Jay). We fished a Lake X t-shoot. So now you can say you know 2 ppl in ths issue. www.scbbbc.com

I think a recent issue also mentioned Kim Striker, who I think has posted on here a couple times in the past...or I might be thinking of another board, who knows, I'm getting too old, I think my memory is going....
