Well you know last november I told you most of what I knew. All I can add to it is that we are expecting some warm temps through at minimum next week, and by the 10th the spawn should be well underway. In other words I think we are on schedule.
I'm probably going to hit G'ville around scottsboro and mink creek 1 or 2 times at the end of march. If I have any pertinent info I will pass it along before you leave. If you are coming down from Indiana, would that mean you take I 65? If so, you will pass the Jack Daniels distellery in Lynchburg Tennessee, there used to be a billboard - if it interests you thats there. Theres also a decent resturant, a country deal, called Greenbriar that is located near where 565 cuts off of 65 going towards huntsville. Good catfish and stuff like that. If you want I'll post directions to that, it is in the middle of nowwhere. The US space and rocket center is another area attraction located off of 565. Theres a big Saturn 5 rocket and a spaceshuttle next to the interstate, I guess if you pass it its hard to miss.

All the G'ville reports normally show up here...
http://www.wmi.org/bassfish/reports/alabama/index.html I didn't get to try G'ville over my spring break, which happened to coincide with that incredible cool spell we had at the end of last month. The fish are gonna be moving up shallow and spawning though.
