Just some good ole advice

Started out saturday feeling fine actually looking forward to a good day at work. After eating a bite for dinner got to feeling raunchy. At 2:00 they hauled me off in a ambulence with chest pains and couldnt catch my breathe. The moral of this incident is TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES.

I was under the impression that I was iin pretty good health till saturday, even my personal physican thoought so. In fact he was the one in the ER room that admitted me to the horsepital. I had just been to his ofice for a checkup and all was well a week agao. As you age things can happen REAL quick. I want to pass this on......Life is short and the thought or the possibility of it coming to a hault is REAL and can happen to ANYONE in a split second. Dont take things for granted and take each day as a blessing. I will be allright but now I am gonna be a little bit slower and a WHOLE LOT mor cautious. Best peice of advice I can give ANYONE BE CAREFUL............
