Strike King BLades

Finally was able to get a close proximity of a spinnerbait that has painted blades, lines and chartrue 3/8 with same skirt.. I put on a nice ol big 3inch kalins smoke n pepper grub on the back and should be ready for some action.
Up here with green water theres some thing that the bigger fish like in
seeing that combo of chartruse, white, and a black eye.
90% of the time I go with the standard crome or brass or plated blades, but now and then I will opt this painted version.
It looks a tad generic doesn't it rofl.
But I'll make it work, change that small blade, put a better skirt on it,
and of course the kalins grub.


BTW, if you are new to smallmouth fishing, and like to spinner bait fish, the black skirt and gold colorado blade is great for night time,
and on
summer days with a nice wind, the dual painted
chartruse spinnerbait really works nicely .

those baits are actually really solid. I have one in white and it catches its fair share of fish, especially on overcast days.

i like the stike king blade that looks like check plate you cant buy them any where

They look great Jb,love the grub I had a guy down in Tenn.turn me on to that color grub,makes a great trailer for a blk buzzbait .btw love that dbl yellow willow blades...gonna have to get some.Wally world have any?
