fished out there yesterday in a tourny and saw some pretty big bags, one guy weighed in 32 lbs. on a string of 5 so I know that they are there.. we caught some 2 and 3 pounders on top water and missed a couple big ones. Cant really help you to find the big ones as I am having the same problem but im sure if you keep at it you will find them.

Remember big baits catch big fish! but remember big fish are fewer and harder to catch. For every 10 small ones you might get one big one. Just think how hard it is to grow that big without never been caught and eaten, and or killed big fish make big targets in the wild. They also like to hide in the nasty spots, get into those hard to reach spots where you think your going to loose all your tackle.thats where your going to find your big fish. I most often find my bigger fish in deeper water suspending off drop offs and points.

If you want Big Bass in Florida, you gotta go in after them. I mean look for the thickest stuff around, and that's where they are. Yo gotta go get em. Heavy t-rigs, and PNJ's will help you get through all the stuff and get to them.
Lizards

tons of lilies, Im going out there tomorrow and hopefully will come back with some good news. I am planing on running down the south canal about 10 miles. Last time I was out there I got a good top water bite in the morning so I think I am going to try that.
