Let me start by saying. "Hello!" I am new to this site, but I'm sure that there are people here from the other sites that I frequent. I am always looking for good bass fishing conversation.
Hopefully I will be fishing the Hudson River BFL in July and the Chesapeake in Aug. I am already registered for both, but finding a boater to go guranteed will better my chances. Anyone interested? I am also planning on hitting the Potomac as well if interested. |

Welcome, hope you hook up with a boater, but I doubt you'll need one. Never was turned away from a BFL as a non-boater. As a matter of fact they always have boater on boater draws, since more boaters register than non-boaters. Good fishing, way to far north for me, plus I also go as a non-boater at this time, in the BFL's also, when I fish them, been since Feb though.

Thanks for the welcome. I am a little worried because I drove to a BFL tournament on the Potomac in 2004 and didn't get in. I was the next non-boter to be paired, but didn't make it. I'd hate for that to happen after driving to the Catskills. I'll risk it anyway. Jay
